Schedule

 

While this is a likely schedule for your trip, it is completely dependent on weather conditions, availability of transportation, construction materials, and other variable factors. The group has the option to select among possible activities.

 

Day and Event

  1. Arrive in Dominican Republic, transport to Luperon, settle into shelter, tour town.
  2. Tour previous houses for the morning and work in the afternoon.
  3. Construction at Village.
  4. Construction at Village.
  5. Trip to La Isabela Historica and Afternoon horseback ride to secluded beach.
  6. Construction at Village.
  7. Construction at Village.
  8. Visit waterfall at Imbert, Carnival for local children.
  9. Break camp, return home.
Night discussions and events can be coordinated depending on groups interests.

Leadership from the project will meet your group at the airport in Puerto Plata or Santiago and escort you back to the airport for your return.
